How often do you take your bottles and cans back?

Do you take them back every week, month, year? How long do you wait till you take your bottles and cans back?

We never take ours back. We collect them in a garbage bag. When the bag is full we give it to the little kid next door. He thinks he's got it made, and we don't have to mess with the cans.

WoW thats kewl when I was a kid I use to get my wagon and walk to the store and on the way ask people for bottles always got enough for a soda and some candy or a big Dill pickle back then things did not cost so much you could get a dozzen doughnuts and a sunday paper for one dollar and twenty cents............

Dont take them back just put them in the garbage for now. Virginia doesnt have the same thing as NY. guess I am going to have to get use to that

as soon as the jeep gets full around here we get paid by the pound for aluminum and the bottles don't have a deposit yet were do you live? Maybe I can UPS you some cans hehehe

My kids like to save the cans but they crush them. Which offers a lot more room! Probably once every 6 months. And it gets added to the change jar to spend on the family.

probably once a month. there is no deposit on them here so we take them to the recycling center.
