People in the world has itself life,happy or sad.How can we be happy? We always meet bad things,it make us feel sad. But no matter we feel sad or happy, the time is going fast,it will not stop to wait you. So plese be happy,just for a better life. Plese laugh all the time!

We all face difficulties in life which make us feel disappointed and sad from time to time. One way I have been practising in reducing and getting rid of sadness is "Yoga Meditation". I have been practising meditation every evening for some time now. It is very much an excellent way for reducing stresses and sadness. Very good for mental and physical health.

Hello. There are indeed happy times and sad times along the course life. We just have to take them as they come and try to live with them. One way I have found very helpful in living with and managing stresses is "Yoga Meditation". I have been practising meditation for many years now, and I have found it to be very helpful in getting rid of the stresses of the day to day life.
