I am once again in my sports genre phase but I'm at a loss for what to watch or even read. I've gone through so many different sports series lately and it seems like I'm finally running out of things to read/watch. So, I'm here asking for help from fellow anime/manga fans on myLot to recommend me something. I don't really care if it's too sappy or serious or even what type of sport it's about. All that matters is that it's about some kind of sport. By the way, these are some that I've already seen or read.
Anime: Slam Dunk, Eyeshield 21, Initial D, Ookiku Furikabutte, Over Drive, Whistle!, Wild Striker, Prince of Tennis, Akagi, Bamboo Blade, Major, One Outs, H2...
Manga: Eyeshield 21, Slam Dunk, Captain Tsubasa, Fight no Akatsuki, Cross Game, Rookies, Prince of Tennis, Initial D, Real...

I also like sports anime/manga! ^-^
My top favorite is Slam Dunk. The other one I really like is Major. I'm now in the middle of watching Hajime no Ippo. So far, I think it's good.
I think perhaps you can try out the other works by Inoue Sensei. Other tham Slam Dunk, he also drew Buzzer Beater. I haven't watch the anime nor read the manga so I'm not sure if it's any good.
Anyway, is Real good?

I read and watched a little bit of Buzzer Beater but for some reason I didn't really enjoy it as much as Slam Dunk. As for REAL, I thought it was very enjoyable. It's about people playing wheelchair basketball and is more serious than Slam Dunk. The story is unique that way. It was my first time reading something like that so I thought it was very interesting.
