Do you have right to delete your own discussion?

As others have already suggested, there is no way we can delete our own posts. They will be deleted by admin if they contain violations. If they are still up and you ask for them to be deleted I doubt that would happen as all earnings would then be lost and that would be unfair surely to those who responded? Think twice before posting your next discussions and all will be well Have fun and happy Lotting!

I'm not sure on that one but I think that if you delete your discussion it will also delete everyone's response to it and some people will lose some money because of the deleted discussion. I would just leave it so everyone can have that little bit that they earned but I could be wrong and it could not take away the typing that people did.

If we are given the right to delete the discussion, we will delete it at our will, but if we delete a discussion, then all the responses along with the discussion will also get deleted & this will affect other people. This is the reason why admin did not allow us to delete the discussion even if its a discussion without any responses. Don't worry about the past, In future I'm sure you can create very good discussions as you are now experienced in myLot so that you don't have to even worry about deleting. Happy Lotting

All of us cannot edit whatever things we have already published. Leave them be. That's the only thing we can do. A lot of us would like that as it fills up our started discussions and its harder to flip those pages just to find the previous ones. Very time-consuming.

Hi Ran, I would also love to be able to delete both my discussions, responses and occasional comments since they seem to go wrong. Yesterday for example, I did a reply that ended up with the wrong image in it since I had two tabs open, and instead of being able to edit/remove said picture I had to add a comment apologising to the topic starter for my lapse in concentration. I have had to do that lots of times veen though I check everything before adding it! Come to think of it I don't so much know if I would want the ability to delete things (especially after reading the comment on how it would affect the earnings of members who replied to it for me), but I would definitely want to be able to edit things I have added to remove mistakes/lapses in concentration! I can only assume that the admins have a good reason why we can't do this (probably again related to earnings) though so I shall just have to get used to it lol All the best, Dranz

I do think you should have a right to delate a discussion you want to deleate I dont think its fair that we cant because just like you a lot of times I want to deleate a discussion after I posted it but cant which sucks dont see why mylot wont let us delate them.
