A heavy workload sometimes people can't exercise.My favorite sports are basketball.Sometimes I go with friends,sometimes one to go.After sweat and feel very comfortable.

i like sports but need one pertner to go with me on my morning walks and be with me in games where ever two players are required. but no one comes to be with me ans help me out from this problem. exercise is very important not only for our body but for our mood too. our health gains and so our looks, which many of us gives importance to.

Hi, Of course, sports make us more healthy. I like sports and enjoy playing several kinds of sports. I play tennis, badminton and football every week. Among those sports, football is my favorite. I play football with my colleagues every week. I really enjoy playing sports. Of course, at the time of enjoying playing sports, i become more and more healthy. Happy mylotting!
