Hi mylotters, What do your prefer? Being at home or going to work? I like to work. I like my days to be fully busy and then when I hit my head on the pillow at night should be able to fall asleep immediately... I have two kids and I think I can say I take care of them pretty well.... after work of course, my job finishes at 5pm so I am home early, I prepare a good dinner for my family and look after my daughter's studies, I dont neglect their needs and this way I feel fully satisfied with everything in my life.... But if I dont work.... I feel something is missing in my life.... What about you.... what do you like to do most.... working or being at home.....

Hi,with your words,I can imagine what colorful life you are having.Generally I prefer working which is not only about money, but our mental life.Considering how much time we spend on work in our lives,we should find a suitable one for ourselves, don't we?Even if you don't have to worry about family finance,it's advisable to going to work, that's my advice.

Hi jackie, Its not actually colourful, infact its routine.. but I can say I am contended... My son cries every now and then to go to child care, so I feel happy when I pick him up and devote my evenings with him and my daughter, so you see I work but I dont overwork myself and spend time with my kids also....

I can't sit at home either. I would much rather have a job then be a stay at home parent. The 6 weeks of maternity leave was enough for me. However, I have the utmost respect for those who do stay at home. However, to answer your question if I had to pick, I would work at home. I don't particualary like having to be at my office at 8 am and about 3 I am ready to go. The two final hours are the hardest for me, by then I am ready to go home

Hi kkanaka, I prefer to be a career woman. There are lots of advantages to have our own career. My daily would be more versatile in the working place as well as at home. I could spend the money earned freely either in the daily family expenses or for myself. Besides, I could meet many beautiful people on the way to work. My life won’t be monotonous anymore as I could have chit chat with my colleagues and other people come across outside. It’s quite tedious to stay at home all the year round. Only the familiar members, endless household chores and tv program to accompany me the whole day After back from work I still manage to cope with the household chores as well as to take care of my kid. Of course I hope I'm not exhausted when back to home. If really so I would like to have a proper rest first Happy posting

I work at home. I am a stay-at-home mom, which is a lot of work! Plus, right now I'm helping my parents, because they are both having health issues. So I would say that I definitely work at home!

I like go to work more. Because when I go to work I can open my relation, I have more friends, more time to play with new friends. When I go to work, I maybe become self-starter person. If I at hone, I will be sunk in films, play games and other useless things. I think it's very boring and sometimes it'll become a poison which can kill someone in lonely.

I am a full time work at home dad (wahd) and i really enjoy being one. I have no worries with my schedule, or time with my kids, since i can play with my 2 boys almost anytime. I get to eat with them together, go to church together, and even work while they are beside me. My wife does the house chores and the cooking and so far it's working perfectly for us.

I used to think I would like working at home, and now, I am really working at home, but I find that I don't really like it. Working alone at home is really not enjoyable. If we work in a company, there are a lot of collegues we can talk with and make fun together. So, I don't think working at home is good for me, and I am concidering look for a job outsite some day.

Hi, Earlier I went for the job. But now I am a home maker. It is very difficult to stay the whole day in home. I got bored. But some of my friends saying going for the job is difficult for a married women. So it depends upon the habits, life style, needs etc. If we want to take care on family members and children means being at home is the best. If anybody(elders) is there to take care of these things means we can go for the job.

I would like to work at home, in my own personal space and time. I have been working independently until i joined a group of venture capitalists to set up and form a new holdings company. It has its rewards but given the choice, id rather run a successful business where I can have a home office. I like being home.

Well, the great thing about earning money through the internet is that I WORK at HOME. So I have the great aspects of both all in one. I can just stay in my house clothes and I don't have to go out except when I'm at school. I'm very busy at school and we have tons of homework, so for me that is work. My online work is hardly work for me because I have fun working. So I guess I would prefer to be at home... while working.

Well I am currently working part time and studying part time. I also volunteer part time. I am a full time mother and I am the sole person responsible for my household. I would say that I prefer to work enough to provide what we need and a bit of what we want. But honestly if I didn't HAVE to work I would likely not work but rather volunteer. I find it very rewarding. I think many people if they won the lottery they would not want to work either but be active doing things they enjoy.

Well it is 4:30 in the morning here and I have to start getting ready for work, I work from 6am to 2pm 4 days a week. Oh if I had a choice I would stay home. I have a headache right now and no I don't want to go to work, I would rather be at home so I can lay down if I feel like it, watch tv or whatever. I am 43 and I cannot wait to retire. I only get paid minimum wage so it's not like I have any extra money to spend anyway. I am able to pay my bills and thats it. I know I am lucky to have a job with great hours but everyday seems like it is so hard for me going to work, I am in menapause and I don't know if that is why this is so hard for me or what, but I would love to be able to stay at home.

I am at work but would much rather be at home! I enjoy my job but get very tired and like the fact at home that I can have a nap whenever I like. I would like more time at home to properly look after the house and make dinner for my other half. It's always such a rush in the week and housework at weekends is no fun!

Hi kkanaka! I'am working and prefer to work than stay at home. But I think I think it is important for every grown up person to have means of income. Many people were able to have full-time work online which means they work at home. I completely agree with you we work not only for ourselves but for others as well, for our family.
