Fruits are good for health, dont you think its the fruits to be taken instead of beaverages ,I personally feel so, what about you?

fruits is good for are a health it contains vitamin c and some fruits are rich in fiber that is good for are health. it takes away the chemicals that is not to our body. like pineapple it can take away carcinogens that is good for are lungs. if you eat fruits everyday your always be a healthy persons. like an apple a day keeps the doctor away.

most fruit should be consumed as is. beverages usually lost some nutritional values in the process (think about the fiber and some vitamins on the fruit skin). other than that beverages usually contains added sugar - or worse, fruit flavouring without real nutritions. so fruit is always good consumed as is. plus the chewing helps maintaining mouth health while sugary fruit juice will only add to the problem

Fruits really are good for our health, but real fruits are better than fruit beverages because those drinks already contain artificial ingredients. We should all make it a habit to include fruits in our daily diet. I usually eat mango and banana, and sometimes watermelon and papaya. How about you, dhawanbm, what fruits do you like to eat?

Fruits are indeed good for health but some fruits are injected so that they become ripe quickly like bananas and pine apples. This can be bad for health. Beverages cannot substitute fruits and when taken too much is bad for health

My doctor says to eat local fruits which are very good for health so I have been eating that since he told me the advantages of the fresh fruits intead of the beverages though.

Yeah, generally, fruit is more important than beverages. Fruit is better for you and can help solve health problems. Most beverages, however, even if they are fruit juices, have a lot of sugar and many of the nutrients are removed when it is turned into a juice. Personally, I like fruits are better, and think they are better for your health, too.

Science says that fruits are better for you if you eat them. When you eat fruit you get the fiber and other nutrients that are found in the solid parts of the fruit. Fruit juice is fine once in a while, but do not over do it. Fruit juice will not fill you up and is higher in calories per serving due to the fact that it takes several pieces of fruit to make one serving of juice. So eat you fruits and most importantly do not forget that veggies are a very important part of your diet.

I think that actually eating the fruit is better for you than drinking juices. Eating the friut gives you more fiber and digests more slowly so you don't get so much sugar in your system all at one time! I enjoy juices and I especially like orange juice after a long run. But over all eating the fruit is healthier. When God made Adam and Eve and put them in the garden, they didn't drink fruit from trees! They ate fruit.
