Ok, this one is quick. I watched a TV program about health and according to them, tomatoes, bananas, and strawberries are the top among the list. In another program (not related to the first one), it suggest that dark green leafy vegetables are teeming with sorts of vitamins. In yet another resource (a magazine), bitter melon is good. I hope this response will help you. By the way, I am not 100% on this because it has been months since I heard of those.

as a person who likes sports, almost everyone say that we should eat bananas to prevent muscle cramps if you do heavy activities like basketball, swimming etc. it helps your muscles get more oxygen to prevent it from cramping. i, personally, would recommend it because i to have experienced muscle cramping, which is not a very good feeling. among fruits with lesser calories, pomelo and pears has low calorie intake than grapes and other fruits.
