japan seismological authorities hav detected a earthquake of magnititue 4.2 in N korea in october 9 2006, right after N korea claimed they hav tested nucliear weapons... so it is damn sure they hav nuclear weapons to destroy the world.. and recently i found in the news that USA is ready to talk with N korea.. the problem here is N korea is a country which has created problem all the time.. and it has lots of enemy countries.. so there is a possbility they will use nuclear power to deal with their enemies.. wht do mylot readers think abt this issue..? do u think it is OK to N Korea to hav such power which has a 2500Km missile range..?

North Korea is a volatile place where the possession of nuclear weapons could pose a threat to many of the surrounding nations. Over time it has shown itself to care more about aggrandizing its leaders than caring for its people. If they were to have the power of a nuclear weapon, it would only stand to reason they will continue their behavior on the world stage. Whether it's okay for them to have weapons? That's more difficult. Every country probably feels they have the right to have nuclear weapons. However, nukes aren't toys. They can destroy pretty much all life on this planet. It is probably in the world's best interests if N. Korea didn't get nuclear weapons, including delivery systems.

Once Pandora's box was opened in the field of nukes, there was no going back. Now it is up to the world community to police itself. It's in all our best interests to make sure those weapons are never used again.
