I love to cook and would like to do a cook book some day. I have recipes and cooking techniques posted all over the internet on various sites. I will be more than happy to friend you and discuss cooking tips and recipes and such. Did you take up baking or just cooking? I love to bake as well, but I know a lot of cooks or chefs don't bake, or a lot of bakers don't cook. I love to do both. I will send you a friend request. Also congratulations on graduating from culinary school.

First off congradulations on your graduation. I love to cook myself. Actually worked at a place that I cooked for 8 men 5 days a week. I loved that job! There are some receipes that I'll take to my grave, much to my own daughters disgust but I always enjoy tips and what nots for improving. I think my main focus when I make anything is to add balance to the meal. I add different colors so it's attractive and also want to balance it out so a heavy dish is complimented by something light or easy to digest.
