When You Listen To Music What Is That ..

Hi Prash, it all depends on my mood but I definitely like something up beat whilst I'd driving, like Bryan Ferry or the old motown songs. For a quiet evening relaxing I'm addicted to some old Greek stuff by Kokotas and Beethikotis, and for when I'm doing things around the house I like a good blast of opera. I'm totally tuned out of anything new at all. Unfortuantely everything that plays music in house or car is now broken beyond repair so all I have is my downloaded Greek music on the computer, and I am so missing the rest.

My biggest thing is the voice...if they have an annoying voice I can't listen to it...I dont have a great voice, but I am not trying to be a professional. A professional singer should not have a voice that grates on peoples nerves...but as for the song I like good lyrics and a good beat. I usually prefer the upbeat slower songs (I know, that sounds weird) but my faves include "Need You Now" by Lady Antebellum (amazing country trio) and "Georgia" by Hanson (amazing indie trio).

I like music with good melodies, and qualitiy voices and instruments. I often listen to music in foreign languages, so lyrics don't matter too much to me. I like nice soft voices. I like the music itsself, rather than what seems to pass for music these days, with all the screaming, and banging, and other racket. I like good quality music, not just noise.
