nothing else, the bruschetta is a simple condiment of tomatoes, garlic, basil, salt, and olive oil. It's great

i'm vegan... Don't remember what sausage made of, it's soy, spices... i know it has onions in it because i checked to see if my cats can eat it and they couldn't because of onions. My cats loved the smell though. I pick italian sausage style one and it's a ltl spicy, but not too spicy. the sauce i make is very easy, take tomatoes, cold press olive oil, garlic, basal a salt and any other spices you want to add. throw it in a blander. I used vegan butter instead of olive oil once and it worked great too. This sauce is very healthy because it's not cooked and all vitamins stay untouched. I also usually use ezeliel bread, it's made of sprouted grains instead of flour and is much healthier. This bread is also high in protein, so if you are not eating meat and dairy it's a great idea to use it.

Sounds delicious, I have weeks where I follow a vegan diet to give my body a rest and detox my system. I would do it for longer but I like certain foods and probably need to plan it better. The hardest thing for me is lunch because I often like to have sandwiches and find it difficult so I normally end up having soup because during this vegan well cut out things like wheat, sugar etc too. How long have you been a vegan? What is the most challenging part for you? To me it seems like eating out at restaurant or people's houses for dinner would be. Does it make you a more disciplined eater health-wise?

I have had ham and free range egg from Marks & spencer but have not tried it at home yet and I can yet to try it with cheese as well. I have never had egg with cheese and ham or even egg with just cheese. That is defimnitely a new combination for me to try for lunch this week.

I had not had the opportunity to try it yet this soon but I will do when I can and will definitely post my feedback lol.

I used to like Tesco's egg and mayonnaise sandwich. But since a series of health concern campaigns (or maybe regulation) all sandwiches from stores taste like carbon boxes. So I turn to home-made ones, which still contain a good amount of salt, fat, and calories. My favourite one is prawn cocktail; cheese and ham in toasted bread is also on my list. Chicken coronal and Ploughman come next. Submarines from local shops are exceptions. I like their delicious meat in fatty, smooth sauce, held by fresh, warm, and soft bread. If they decide to follow low-salt, low-fat diet, I will be very upset.

Prawn cocktail, cheese and ham that is one I have not tried before. I steer clear of prawn cocktail sandwiches from store but I had a bad experience. What ingredients do you use in your prawn cocktail at home or do you buy it?

Ohhh I like strawberry jam espcially on toast or with butter in scones (biscuits in th US). I have not had it for ages though and yes it is best with bits in it. I also like marmalade on toast - yummy.

I like to eat ham and cheese sandwich Ingredients: ham, lettuce, tomato, cheese pieces. Practices: 1. Wash lettuce, tomato slices wash. Cross-section two and ahalf of bread. 2. In turn bread covered with ham, cheese pieces, tomato slices lettuce can be. Features: raw materials simple, production time is very short, rich in nutrition.

A sandwich always starts with the right kind of bread. I like Italian or French bread, fresh of course. I like Italian beef, mayo, and cheddar or american cheese for the filling. Cold sandwiches should have lettuce and tomato but that's optional for me. For hot sandwiches I like peppers, onions, and provolone cheese.

Fresh bread is the best - i am thinking of getting a bread maker for that reason! Both option sound delicious - I have not had a beef sandwich for a while. Is the beef slices or steak? I think the last one I had was in Frankie & Benny's, it was a sirloin steak with nut pesto, mayo, lettuce and red oinion served with fries and mozzarella. It was nice but lack something, maybe a bit if heat (spicy heat) :)

Egg is definitely in my top ten maybe second place. Have you tried egg mayo sandwiches that have black pepper as and ingredient? They are very nice. I also like the Marks and Spencer Ham and free range egg roll. Very good.
