How often you go for general health check up?

Here in India,we have different packages[ECG,B.P.,Diabeties,heart beating...] for different health check ups.Generally people who crossed 40"s used to go for health check up once in a year.Me too same as i crossed 45 age.What about you?

I never go anywhere for general checkups because I´m fortunate enough to be surrounded by doctor friends. So, once in a while, one of them gives me a Rp to make one exam or another. And when I don´t feel well, I tell them an they say where should I go.
Some of them even get free samples of the medicines I must take so that I spend less.
Fortunatly I don´t have the kind of health problems that need a constant checkup.

Thank you. IT´s not really through any talent of mine that I have doctor friends. It just happened. But my friends are all professional so that there is a wide spectrum of professions. Thanks for best response.

I have to go to my doctor every 3 months for a check up
and to the lab every 3 months to get my blood tested.
I have been doing this for years because I am a type
2 diabetic. Everyone over 40 needs to have a regular check
up every year or more often if possible. It would sure help
in staying healthy and to detect and be able to stop some
diseases before they get too bad.

well i should go for check up at least once per year but i dont have insurance to cover expenses so i havnt been for several years.

Hi,Mr.good,Thanx for response.I saw in media that there are some insurance policy matter disturbance for Omaba government in America.How far you support it?In my view it is good policy.
