Hi friends,
I guess you may visit many discussions stating that do you agree with me? I had seen that most of them responded that discussion only with the agreement.
I am tired to see the agreement. A good discussion is the one which has both type of responses. It may be against the user or agreeing with the starter.
But, make sure you start the discussion in a friendly manner. As long as you are friendly your discussion will be discussion and it won't go up to the next level as arguments.
If you see this link, you may know that you should not rate a user just for disagreeing with you.

You must rate positive, eventhough the user is against you if they contributes a good points in their post. If it is not helpful you should not rate it negative, better leave it unrated, I had experienced this kind of negative rating too...

...i don't remember you starting an argument. your discussions are more like a question and answer session. if you want to be disagreed upon then start an argument (at your own risk...it may get deleted!!).as for your questions....which came first-chicken or egg..answer - neither, the rooster came first..

Yes, till now i don't have any discussion as arguments. But i saw some of the discussions by the others but i didn't respond due to the fact that the arguments made them mad at us.
I have seeing the interesting debates in the television shows. So, i want to start those as a discusions. So, i want to make sure i am clear about this interest and i will post mine in this interest only.
By the way, i didn't ask any one to agree or disagree with me. Just asked them to share their true opinions and also make sure they understand the ratings system too..
Hmm.. Rooster came first? I don't really know about that.. may be i need to study about it..

In scientific theories it is the chicken who goes out first then the egg, they say that chicken evolved in the past thousand years but it's a theory so it is not proven yet, and for is the best woman or men? I'd say woman since they make me happy and they make my day and i love my mom and grandma, this is just my opinion it's better to make a research if you really want to find the real answers to your real questions since science and technology this days can answer almost but not all the questions here on earth:)

It is here that we learn when to exercise our destructive force and when to submit to the destructive force of others. Debatable issues should be argued professionally and not reaching boiling point. It doesn't matter if in the process we do hit below the belt, trample on a friend, or use the kiss of Judas. You have reached the top in mylot. You can't move any higher and now is the time to play your cards by being a little negative. What is the point of being stagnate at high places if there is no game of thrill. To be able to argue and come out unscathed is a victory and shows the maturity of a person. But not everyone has the right frame of mind. They have all sorts of reasons for showing why it is necessary to say yes, just to avoid being caught in a web of argument and getting negative ratings.
Why should man be the best when they become hopeless in the absence of woman. You won't taste the pinnacle of success without woman. You are not here without woman and you won't even taste the paradise on earth without woman. Even courtesy word of 'ladies first' is being graciously accorded to all the ladies as a sign that woman is still the best. Man are only addressed as 'gentle-man' and not 'best man! Did you realize that?

I could if I wanted to but I don't and just because you are a friend and asking me to disagree doesn't mean I would either because I don't do everything that my friends ask me to 
Now for your questions:
the chicken does come out unless there is an egg so the egg must be first.
at a wedding I agree that there is a best man - Ihave never seen a best woman because she would be called a bridesmaid.

Hi Db. If you only get answers that agree with your line of thinking, as long as the response is honest, you can't fault those who agree with you, right? You cannot expect another to adopt a view that is not true just to add some debate or excitement to a discussion. It happens, or it doesn't.
As to the questions, I do not think man or woman either one is "the best." We have different skills and abilities, each complementing the other, or needed for a well-rounded relationship or a well enough ordered world.
We are equally important, each in our own way.

I think the chicken question depends on what you believe.. now i didn't think this up myself i heard someone else say it, but it makes complete sense to me.. If you are religious then you'd think it was the chicken that came first (god created all), and if you believe in evolution then you'd believe the egg came first...
I believe the egg came first.
I think men and women have differences that are equal in the end.. i'm not agreeing with you, and i'm not disagreeing either.. how's that ? hahah

But the egg is not a evolution. It may be evolved from something that dont lay eggs. That animal evolves in to a chicken and starts to lay eggs.

That's right. We cannot control others about the rating and it is human nature to cause trouble to others.
As our father contributing most of the time outside the home, we donot realise his part in caring about the children. Do you think our father dont do anything for us.
He is having the major part in the family.
As man has his job to done for earnings for their family, woman looks nicer as they are always with the child. That doesnt mean woman is best.??

a good discussion has both agreement and disagreement from the participants. of course it is. if no one disagree, then there seems to be no discussion at all.
i rate if i feel it is a good post so it can add a point to the member. but if i feel no good, so i just leave it unrated.
when god created everything, it was complete in nature. so if there is an egg, it just came out from a complete chicken.

dbutheking hi hatley here,sleepy but here. I think the chicken has to come first since the hen lays the egg and thus it goes, but I could'be wrong, so just a wild guess at a warm sleepy part of the Ca afternoon on hot hot day, around 92 or so. hot and dry, crisping all the forests so we will have a really nasty wildfire season come october,ugh ugh.I often do not agree with you but this time I do, however I will always respect your opinion and know you will do the same.so we never hit negative on either of our discussions and responses. we are all here to enjoy mylot anyway. that is true we should give our view and not just be swayed on the views of most responses. but if most people tend to have same beliefs most probably it is the right choice or answer for it. but i do try to say my own views without being so strong in saying it.

I think the reason why people are too scared to disagree with the starter of the discussion is because they are afraid if the person will rate them negative or if they start up an argument. For me, If I don't agree with something, there is no way that I am going to pretend I'm happy with it just for the sake of making the person who started the discussion happy. I hate those discussions where at the bottom it says, "If you don't agree with me, please don't respond." For Gosh sake, it's a discussion! Discussion means discussing things!
The egg comes first, don't know how though.
It was scientifically proven actually, but I forgot the article and I should ahve kept it.

I am so glad to see that you were smart enough to start a catagory where we can start discussions that can be controversial and when someone is responding to what a person has to say they don't have to agree with the poster. I have to admit that sometimes when I go into a discussion and it is something that involves the opinion of a given person, I feel funny telling people that I don't agree with them.
Actually, I almost always preface those comments with the fact of telling them that I am of a differing opinion than them. Now that there is a category where we don't have to agree, when I see a discussion in this category, I won't have to preface my comment.
