This is just for fun, but if you want to take it seriously, so be it! Lol. Imagine you're in a work place and it's possible to date him/her while he/she is capable of giving you a better position or better payment. Would you try to seduce him/her? Or maybe making him/her fall in love with you? And the big question is would you let him/her to date you? What do you say?

Being honest here, no. I would date a person of a higher level than me because I liked them and wanted to get to know them better, but for a position I don't think so. I guess I see a wrong it in. It's hard enough working with people and being in intimate relationships. I don't see anything good coming out of using one to gain the other. To me that's just bad office politics.

And immoral, of course. I personally don't agree with this issue either. Dating a co-worker isn't a prob for me, but a boss, that's a definitely nope.

well this is my motto. don't date where you work. just seems to lead to hardship in the end and you loose an important relationship in the long run. i say keep it professional. thats just me though. :)

I agree with you. Being professional is the key to success. Sometimes people who doesn't think of the consequences in the long, will just take the shortcuts to get what they want.

hello alwayzzcitra I can not accept your view. For getting promotion or better payment I can not compromise with my moral value and ethics. The person who knows their jobs and do their job with utmost sincere and honesty definitely they will get promotion without any oiling . If you are having the capability there is no need to do any unlawful activities for getting promotion, I think promotion will come to your way one day. pkc3000

Maybe, if I like him and if he still single but if he is married i am going to think twice. But, if it is only a certain appointment related to work I would attend to his need in a civil decent manner. If he becomes abusive i would tell directly to his face that I am working hard to get the position I am aspiring for in the harder ways rather than falls to his tempting offer.I do not like to be the source of office gossip.

I agree with you. Being the office source of gossip isn't a thing you can be prod of. People will look down on you and they will think that you're so unprofessional. It's better to stay away from it, I say, both being the source of gossip, or being around the people who loves to gossip.

as long as i don't have a wife of girl friend, i think that's ok..but, if the boss is too old with uninteresting appearance, it is better for me to stay away...
