Well ...to lose weight and get healthy, change the way you think about eating .soooooo follow the healthy eating pyramid. Start with excercise and focus on food ,not grams .Eating a lant -based diet is healthiest and seriously cut way back on american staples. I hope this responce work.

I can say somewhat healthy, I'm a vegetarian when it comes to regular food. But when it comes to Pizza, anything goes!

I try to eat healthy, I try to eat things that I make so that I can control (to an extent) what goes in my body. If I have the money, I will buy organic. Sometimes, especially when I am stressed out or if I have too many commitments, I won't eat as well because I start eating a lot of processed and pre-made stuff... I can tell when I am not eating well because I start to feel 'icky'... that's the only way I can think of to describe it.

We are trying to eat healthier. I'm sad that Fall is upon us and that the farmer markets will soon be closing shop. We are trying to reduce our red meat consumption. I've discovered the wonders of wok cookery (stir fry) and just love it. I want to try my hand at creating delicious soups in my slow cooker this winter with locally grown butternut squash. Can't wait!

I agree with xsarleenax, there is very little food left that is actually healthy for you. We are so busy with our lives we tend to always eat fast food or grab something from the fridge and throw together an unhealthy sandwich. As for me I really think about the food that I eat. I try to maintain a 2200 calorie a day diet with proteins and minimizing fat consumption
