I am a girl that easy to be moved by movies or TV.I like watching movies, such as the comedy, horror film, and others.I was absorbed in the film and cry or laugh by them. So,you can see my tears when I am watching film, moved or laughed. It is interesting, right? But when I finished the film,I will be fine right now and forget all the emothion from the movie.Seval months later,I will forget the content of the movies too. My favorate movies is horror movies,as you know, especially the Japanese, which is so horrible I feel because its horrible culture is similar with Chinese. What about you?One of my friend is never moved by movies and she has nothing when I was moved crying...

I really don't like straight up horror films, blood and guts slasher movies just aren't my cup of tea. I do enjoy suspence movies. I really like comedy and drama. I am a big baby when it comes to a sad story or an underdog coming out on top. It really doesn't take much to get me weepy. I don't even try to fight it anymore. I just bring enough tissue so I don't get too messy.

Hey, Well for some reason I am not really moved that much watching a movie or TV or anything like that. But it all depends on the situation, if it is something that is really really sad, then of course, I would also be sad too. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

Hi Qqyyzk469, I don't like to watch horror movie, I am worried that I will have a nightmare at night. I love to watch romantic ,comedy movie. When I watch sad movies, I am easily get touching by the story and my tears will drop down by itself. Recently, Astro AEC in Malaysia was playing this Singapore Drama called 'the little nyonya', it talks about Nyonya And Baba live in Malacca and Singapore and love story about a couple being loved each other but can't be together due to some reasons. The story is so touching and very interesting. I cried alot because of the touching story especially towards the last few episodes. I even download from youtube to watch them as I can't wait patiently to follow episode by episode from the TV. Of course, I rewatch again when it was played on the TV. I even think of getting the DVDs so that I can watch again anytime when I am free.

I suppose most girls can be moved by those scenes, including me .We may be moved by the happy gathering or sad depature of lovers.Sometimes,I'm driven to tears by novels because of the character's miserable experience. But it is not only the girls that can easily be moved.I've seen most of my classmates crying when seeing the famous film called"Brave Heart",some of which boys.

I think that it is very natural to feel emotion while watching any kind of movie or television show, as we know the reality of what is happening on that particular movie. Even if it is a fictitious film there is a part of it that is based on some form of reality, such as a horror film usually someone heard, read, experienced something in real life to create this film. People die brutally, or naturally every day in real life. So in my opinion is is more of an empathy feeling since you must be thinking "what would I do", or "how would I feel". Maybe that's what causes a person to "feel" as they watch t.v.

Yes I do cry and laugh easily during films. I only have to watch a bit of a moving scene and it can get me going. Releasing emotions helps us to release tension so maybe it is a good thing we cry easily.

Yes, I am easily moved by television shows, movies and even books especially if I can relate to the story. Maybe because I am a girl and women are usually emotional. But I'm sure there are also men that are easily moved by TV shows and movies because they also have their feminine side and when situation calls, it shows up. I don't care if people laugh at me or stares at me when I cry in cinemas, I think it's but normal to get carried away when scenes seems to be getting on the climax. It just proves that we are so interested and we are so into what we are watching.

I don't know if it's sad movies, but if it's action movies sometimes it makes my adrenaline up too hehe.. I think it's because of the sound effect and music :)

Yes, and it's kind of embarassing sometimes. I like watching drama and romantic movies alone because I don't really have to stop my tears from falling! But sometimes when I watch with my friends, I can almost feel my tears are about to fall but I make sure that they won't see me cry. And I especially like Japanese series! They are truly amazing. Well, about your friend, it is just alright because some people prefer to not show their soft side. :)

Sometimes I have emotion when I'm watching movie. I think if we watch movie, we don't have any emotion, it's mean we are consider other problem more than watching TV. Sometimes I'm in that situation. When I'm watching TV, I think other problem, such as how I can solve some problem, what should I do tomorrow, etc,... At that time, I don't care about the film's content, so I don't have any emotion.

I think people watch movies to pass time or have some time with friends in theatres or anywhere. Thank you.

It depends on the movie. I don't remember any recent movies making me cry or emotional. Maybe its because in the back of my mind I know that its just a movie.

well, it depends on the movie. sometimes i am moved emotionally when the movie is about patriotism and heroism. there are other times if the movie is part sad and horrible horror story, meaning no one was saved.other Asian Horror movies gives me the creeps and the sadness.

Hi qqyyzk469, I too cry a lot when I see some scenes. I guess the scenes with which we can co-relate are the ones that touch us the most. Not that others' pain does not get to us, it does. But based on our situation in life and our good and bad experiences, or the good and bad experiences of people very close to us, we tend to apply what is shown to us into our lives, and so we feel more deeply. In the case of ur friend, she has never been through such situations. It is not that she is hard hearted, or is insensitive, she simply doesnt know how it is to be there! So she cannot exactly co-relate. I doubt if she is controlling her emotions. People watching movies dont remain that conscious about their feelings, and need to be in that much of emotional composure. It is like, there will be some scenes with which we may not identify but she will. And at that time, she will be the one who will be crying, and we wont, even if we feel bad. Hope u have understood what I wanted to convey.
