plz help about algeria

this is the second time i post this question
but i really care about being a faithful member in this forum
a couple of days ago i open a paypal account i have no credit
card but i think it's working properly eventhough i have no money
to test it, but it wrks and shows 0.00 tha's my sum of money
----
the problem is that i don't know whether mylot.com is gonna pay me at the end or not
my country is not ofac list (people from that list won't get paid)
how could i contact an admin to inquire
if any of you know plz help me

You should never post a question twice as it violates the myLot guidelines. It sounds like your paypal is working. MyLt always pays as long as you reach minimum payout by the 30th of the month I think it is! You can check the FAQs here...

i think the faq list is not updated...cuz i visited the paypal official
website and found 3 lists
1- 1st list: your customized total payment solution (no algeria)
2-2nd recieve withdrow (no algeria)
3- send money to anyone in the growing paypal network: there are 190 countries
and algeria is there.
