I've reached my payout then rented a referrals. I hope it's not a scam. but it's been like that sometimes. "fixing a bug be back in few days" something like that. I've once read that they said that they're just fixing something and people are panicking that the site might be a scam and they're not. ^_~ bahh! I hope it's not or maybe I'll just cashout my penny!

They either sold the website and came back under new ownership, or was simply a scam from day 1.
