I like my fruit. I do have a sweet tooth and fruit is nice and sweet and very good. Fruit is also very good for you. I do like vegetables but I prefer fruit more. Vegetables give good fiber. I do think I will stick with my fruit though and eat vegetables whenever.

way back before I seldom eat leafy vegetables and lazy to eat fruits so I'm more on meat but when I get older I become conscious and realized that I have watch my diet because i become prone to infections and etc. So, now I eat more leafy green vegetables and at least in a week I have fruit to munch. I feel better than before and feel young.

I think it's a difficult question for me to answer for I like them both. Vegetable and fruit could provide us with various nutrition, which is indispensable for our health. If I'm asked to choose only one of them, I'll reluctantly choose fruit. The reason is that I could eat fruits whenever I want without any preparation. If I want to eat vegetables, I often need to cook them at first, which cost me a long time. By the way, though fruits are very attractive, we'd better not eat too many because the fruit sugar is harmful to our teeth.

I'm not much into fruit but I do like vegetables...most of them in fact. I like juice and many of the juice combinations that are on the market but rarely eat any fresh fruits other than the oranges that grow on the trees in my yard and bananas.

Hi tuckersheri! I'm with you: Though I enjoy most vegatables, I find myself craving fruit more. While it's true vegetables provide good fibler, there are many fruits that are high in fiber. Fruits such as apples, blackberries and raspberries have about 5 grams of fiber per serving while fruits such as Bananas, blueberries, dates, figs, guavas, kiwis, oranges and plums have about 2.5 grams of fiber per serving. So I think it's perfectly okay to indulge in fruits as much as you like and save the veggies for when you're really craving them.

Fruit is definitely better for me. I like the sweetness of the flavors and how the juice quinches my thirst on those hot summer days. Veggies are good for lunch and dinner...fruit is good for dessert and snacks. People never give you weird looks for munching on an apple...try that with green beans. Oh yeah, the weird looks will be aimed right at you. lol!

I prefer fruits, different fruits, oranges, peaches, bananas, and so on. I do eat veggies often too. Just this morning, I was reading in the newspaper about healthy foods, and the article was emphasizing the need to eat veggies and fruits every day, atleast once a day. I was quite impressed with the article. In fact, that's what I have been doing. I eat fruits every day, veggies two or three times a day, at lunch and dinner.

I like fruit more than vegetables. I can eat fruit during main meals or as snack but I only eat vegetables during meals. I don't fancy nibbling vegetables just like that, even as salad. I also hate green vegetables. Fruit has lots of fiber and juice.

I love fruit. I only eat a couple of vegetables. I just do not like the taste of alot of vegetables. I like to eat raw vegetables more than I like to eat them cooked. I prefer fruit though.

I also like fruit the most. I find it sweeter and generally better. Of course sometimes you get really bad fruit, but other times you get really good fruit. It's less consistent.
