Reduction of crime rate is needed or not?

hai friends, the crime rate now a days is being increasing more like how our population grows. can anyt one suggest the ways in which crime rate to be reduced...

yes,definitely.it is much needed when city have higher crime rates so the government should put up a sum of money in funding or putting up many police and other gadget that will help in reducing crime rates.
