Confused on AdFlasher

I just joined AdFlasher 2weeks ago and I think It is a good way to earn money. But lately they have been sending messages that they have removed the free launcher and you need to upgrade your account to continue receiving ad viewers. I don't get it and then today I read about their mail that they have removed Paypal from their Payout. Is this website turning into a scam or what? I need to know your opinions so I don't have to waste time on this website. Thank you so much!

i simply do not get what's with the program... do not give them any of your money .... i can't seem to trust them.

I know and they will never get any money from me unless they got to pay me first. I thought this site is good but they keep on changing their policies and now I am having second thoughts.

they have not anticipated a lot of things before they put up their program... yea that's true..never spend money beofre you even earn it,.

I have $31.50 pending funds there! They are refusing to release them. It's been almost a week now. Now all of a sudden they wanna start charging money.
