How to improve sleep?

I love to sleep,always insomnia.please help?

Well, try exhaust your self. Doing sport is good. And dont watch a great / good movie before you sleep, especially if the movie you watch is a serries that not end yet. You will keep thinking it before you go to sleep and end up disturbing your sleep time. If you want to watch, try watching a boring movie, or better, try watching a movie with a foreing language that you dont understand, and dont try to understand it. You will be sleep in no time. Well it works for me, hope it works for you.

Well i dont have a true solution, but i can tell you that when i do anything in day, i just cant sleep, sometimes im still up at 7 am! and believe thats not healthy, but when im busy on day i always sleep really good, if you really dont do anything or cant sleep maybe its because you still have energy to waste, so maybe doing exercise could help. Or maybe watching a terrible boring program could help you xd. With my expirience i can tell you that exercise is the best way to waste energy. :)
