I have been drinking milk daily for the past two years because my mom has advice me that since you are having lot of Grey hair you should not drink tea or coffee that won't suit you for health as well as hair.I probably follow my mom advice and started drinking cow milk over years, which remain healthy and secure both for my health and hair.........keep lotting my friend....

I feel you better consult a skin specialist.Eating almonds and food rich in vitamin E might help.My hairdresser advises me to use almond oil as he says its good for the hair.

I didn`t know that coffe and tea affect my hair. I don`t have a nice hair , and i was searching something for my hair , but if you told me that, i will not drink anymore tea or coffe . thanks for saying that . But as about drinking milk, i don`t think that i`ll do that, because i really don`t like milk , i eat just yogurt almost every day . Is that enough ? or i just need to drink milk ? Because even if it will make my hair look good, my teeth will look bad, because milk it`s distrying my teeth .

I never drink milk before i go to sleep as i usually drink coffee all the time. Some times i will have a cup of hot chocolate before i go to bed if i am feeling cold,i do not know why i think it is more of a habit then anything else.I used to drink alot of milk when i was younger as well as pregnant.

Milk is good for you. I don't drink it as often as I should. Every once in a while I might drink a glass of low fat milk..I think it is the taste that turns me off from it. However, I do cook with it a lot and serve it to my family.
