Is anyone else having trouble editing your profile?

I've been trying to edit my profile and add HTML Sorties for quite some time now, and it will not work for me. When I click on "Save Changes" in each sortie, the sortie just goes blank and my profile isn't updated with the new information I added. I've contacted myLot but didn't get a response yet. It's been almost two weeks since I sent them the email. Anyone else had this problem, and how did you correct it if you did? Thanks in advance for any help or advice!
