Sometimes its hard to define a person's feeling. They might show that they are happy while in reality they arent. I would say by the attitude and their face language. Although as I said it doesnt mean its 100% right of course.

for me...maybe,you can look through there eyes, but sometimes people are good in hiding there feelings or what they feel... but the best thing to do is to talk to that person and even just a little conversation... And when you start talking,in the long run you can determine that she/he already have a problim... take note....you can have conversation with peiple if you are close to them and if you friends but if not....all you have to do is look...:)

but there are times that people know how to hide their feelings, even though that they are sad or lonely... they say that you will know if people are sad the way you look into the eyes.. do you agree that?

The eyes can tell you lot. I often recognize true happiness from the eyes of a person. It also tells you if he's sad or have some problems. Often times we smile but our eyes tells us if we are genuinely happy or not. :)

you can say that a person is happy or not by the way he/she walks and by the way he/she speaks. for you to be sure, you better look into the person's eyes because our eyes are the mirrors of our inner feelings. when one is angry, the eyes turn into dagger-like eyes. but when one is happy, it turns like puppy-eyes :)

Believe it or not, I do have the knack for telling if a person is truly happy or not. Most of the time, being observant as I am, I see it in their eyes. I also see it with the way they move and the way they respond to people when being talked to. You can also see if something is really bothering them as they seem "out of it" at times.
