How fast can you correct your sleeping patterns?

Life is stressful and this can affect one's sleeping patterns. Normally if my sleeping pattern gets messed up, it can take several days to fix it or sometimes longer. Some people that I know can fix their's in just matter of 2-3 days. What about you guys? Do you have the same problem as me?

I've always been able to switch my sleeping patterns without any trouble. I used to work a really unpredictable schedule - sometimes day shifts, sometimes night shifts. Most people really struggled with that, but I never had a problem. I just slept when I could.
