Well, sometimes its unavoidable that we feel depressed for the day..but for the health its not a good side, i believe in Meditation which will balance our mind and helps to be normal at situations.

Dear Freind Stress may be because of reasons different than depression. a lot of stress can ba avoided siply be proiriting the tasks & planning in advance. Despression is mostly because of things are not going as we wish. one has to introspect & try to find root cause behind depression. if you are uable to find the reason there can be other remedies like using oriental remedies. very often adverse planetory position can be reason. you may contact me for more help directly through my id sures77@yahoo.co.in

I'm not really sure. I deal with alot of it myself sometimes. I know life sure can be so hard at times. I just try to look at the positive things though and try to make the bad things better. I work alot to help myself try not to think how depressing life is at times. I'm glad it can be done from home though.

For me, praying and trusting God is the only realistic way to deal with depression. I have battled depression for many years. I gave my life to God 13 years ago and my life is now better than I ever imagined possible.

I think the best way to overcome depression is to find out why you feel depression, until you find the reason, can you make plans to solve all this. Like if you loss your wallet and there's money in there enough to pay your rent for the room, will you feel pressure ? If yes and that's the reason, you have to find out, what your loss is money, and money can be earned more in the future, lose is lose, if you can not find them back, then it is better working harder to ger more money, than to think about the money that you have losed. If you keep thinking about the pass, you will miss the future.

I think by getting involved with other people, not spending too much time alone...I think sometimes when you mix with other people you might see that your own circumstances are really ok...

Stress and Depresion are two different things, and I am not sure you can really avoid depression. You can be treated for it, but some people are just prone to it.
