Tea or coffe, which is your choice to refresh yourself.Personally,I perfer to green tea,the reansone may be I am Asian.Drinking green tea is a tridition, but sometimes I also like to taste coffee for a change. Many scientific reports indictate that green tea is more health than coffee. But if you have a cup of tea in the night,it will cause big diffcult for you to sleep ,which may affect your next day's work. Therefore,I usually have tea after lunch or at the begining of a day.

I am really a coffee addict. I drink more than 3 mugs of coffee daily. Hot or cold coffee... but I like it sweet and creamy... Recently, I tried drinking plain yellow tea with milk and sugar. I like it too. They said tea is healthy and for good digestion... :)

I'm a huge coffee drinker. I just finished a cup of decaf because it's late! I sometimes drink iced tea, but I rarely drink hot tea. I went through a green tea face in college, but it didn't last, which is a shame because it really is healthy.

It depends on the seasons. As i prefer drinking coffee only in winters while tea goes on for the whole year except the winter days. We avoid coffee in our daily routine just becoz its bad for health and we want to be healthy, so coffee's work is done by the tea.

Hi, Victory! If you ask me more than a year ago, I would say, 'tea'. However, lately I have been drinking too much coffee and I think it is time for me to switch back to tea, at least balance out between those two drinks as I love them both.

I prefer having coffee especially when I am in the mood and when I crave for it. But I also like tea because I know it is healthy too. I like milk tea and sometimes I prefer it cold. It doesn't really matter whether coffee or tea because I like them both. Haha. Take care! :)

I am good for coffee, day or night. I love it! That being said, I very much enjoy green tea to relax or enjoy a meal with. Traditional Japanese Green tea is good - it has a bit more of a bitter bite than most teas. Chinese Green Tea, especially Jasmine Dragon Pearl tea, is also very good for meals, including Chinese food!

I like both coffee and tea. Before breakfast I always have coffee and after meal I drink tea. I think having coffee before exercise can help you burn extra fat. And I heard that green tea vitalizes appetite.

i prefer to have a tea though it does not taste good. but it has higher anti oxidant content i think. but i avoid drinking too much cause i think that too much of it each day is quite harmful too sometimes.

I to love my tea and I'm a big green tea drinker. I drink it mostly iced green tea that I make out in the sun. Then I love my hot tea to for the morning and before I go to bed. Green tea is very healthy for you. I find it more refreshing then ice water. Its such a thirst quenchy to me.

I love both coffee and sweet tea (iced tea). It's really hard for me to choose from the two of them... I love iced lattes or iced coffee as a treat but iced tea is what I drink regularly. I also love macchiattos. Oohh, but I do love a smoothie or a frappe made with matcha green tea especially if you mix in some acai sorbet into it. It's delicious. :)

Tea, for me at least, is more relaxing and soothing. So if i'm stressed or feeling under the weather, that's when I have tea. Coffee though, is an everyday pick-me-up. Start my morning with it everyday. The smell, the taste, and the caffeine pick me up is a must for me.
