Quick, Dinner Recipes

What do you think are some quick, easy, dinner recipes if you are having guests over ( a married couple and a child) and you are cooking. Share your suggestions. This is for someone who is a mom, and a holds a full time job. What do you recommend?

Spaghetti is easy to make. I also make a Doritos Salad which consists of doritos, lettuce, meat and salad dressing. I have a recipe for barbeque muffins. Hotdogs work out nicely as well as hamburger helper.
