Recently,I chanced to watch heroes series. At first,I almost wanted to give up following it because I can't catch up with its ploy at all.But at the moment I want to give up with the scenario deeply,I got rid of my original thinking and decided to keep it to continue. This was caused for reading some words about heroes, then let me know something about realistic meaning of this TV series Actually,it's about politics and government of different countries all over the world.Every single role was signified as a special symbol about one certain country in the world, basing on each of their nationality background. And just because this series was produced by USA,it reflect some of worries to the world and different countries from American popular mainstream thought rooted which is under World War II,that is world is unstable, human must be survived through killing each other from post to now We can think back to count out these countries appeared in this series, they are:America,Japan,Haiti,India......I am just watching season 1 and hasn't being finished.I think number of different countries must be increased in S2 even S3,S4...... In short,as we all know, this a American series, but it contain many different kinds of culture from various stuff. So we can treat it as a book about being unscrambled by explaining, which is under American's field of view to the world

Thank you for this discussion. I have watched Heroes before and really liked it but I never viewed it from the point of view that you wrote. I saw that there was a wide diversity of individuals with different nationalities but I was watching it more for the different kind of powers they had and also the conflict between the people who were trying to round the heroes up and keep them secluded and eventually try to destroy them. I thought the show was about people that were intolerant and want to destroy whatever causes them fear and what they don't understand. But I like symbolism of the politics and government from all over the world.

Actually, I prefer to treat this as a set of metaphorical politics series.Watching more detailed,in fact, every single person in this series has their own special super power,Yeah! And each of them was represented a certain popular phenomenon in their own countries' culture, they shows anxiety and worry Think back for more and taste carefully, super powers is really not the theme or subject about this series, they are all symbols and represented a certain culture phenomenon. Can you explain one two? I know some of them, but I'm not the insider until I read from others' explanations
