make sure you are getting enough. many people do not eat enough raw foods and are thus lacking in certain food nutrients. many others need supplements to help them meet the challenges of daily living. what did you think will be done?

My best friend is a raw food lover. She is always encouraging me to try new things and explaining the benefits of this. I noticed that her hair and skin are more youthful and glowing. She has a lot of energy and a great spirit. I have not given in to any set way of eating at this point but do find myself leaning more to eating raw. There are many great recipes out there and the food is very filling.
