Donyou believe in Astrology or read the Weekle/daily forecasts?

Hey everyone,
Well, I believe in the forecasts and have subscribed to the daily sms groups that provide me the forecast. That's because it has come true many a times. So, do you believe in such horoscope updates??

Well some forecasts would definitely come true. Try doing it yourself , you will find a lot of what you predict has come true. In my case I used to believe in astrology as I found all the bad things predicted about my life were coming true but the good times predicted never came. It was like the astrologer who told a Client you have a very bad period ahead for the next 2 years.The Client then hopefully asked would things improve then? "No", said the astrologer, you will get used to it by then!

That's correct, we can find a lot many charts which would contain atleast some things that may match with our daily life. There are millions of people with the same sign, and so there is even a greater possibility of the statements matching with atleast thousand people! Well, thanks for responding!

I, coming from a Tamil family and Hindu religion, my parents do believe in horoscope. I actually don't...
But the finniest thing is that, in our cases , the soothsayer, tells about all the bad things that had happened to us what bad will happen in future and it does takes place like that.
If he says any good will happened, that doesn't happen...
Now I have told my mum, not go bhind these useless people, there is no use...

There are so many fake astrologers who would convince you by uttering a few statements that relate your past and deceive you by saying that some bad would happen to you and to avoid it you must perform bla bla rites and you should pay a hefty sum for it!! Indeed a good way of earning,lol! I agree, we should not go blind and trust these guys. Cheers!!

Though the daily horoscopes you read online or in the paper are based of course on Astrology...they arent the same if that makes sense....I am very much into actual Astrology but I dont believe in etc daily horoscopes simply becuase they are SO general its not even funny...True astrology charts though are very detailed and no two are the same for any two ppl, even if they are born on the exact same day....

Lol, really very true!! Despite knowing this fact, many people believe in these charts. Really, if we use a piece of mind, how can it be possible that the prediction comes true for millions of people who share the same zodiac sign and that their day would follow those 5-6 statements!! Thank you for responding.

I have the habit of reading weekly forecasts in a magazine which I buy regularly. I don't really believe it, but it is fun reading it and discussing it with friends. I ususally don't read daily forecasts. My company intranet has the provision of providing daily forecasts and I used to read it for a few days. But, it never came true for me.

Yeah, I've seen many people who read these forecasts just for fun. When I glance at that column in newspaper or some magazine, I feel excited about what's going to happen next in life. But you know what, it is even more exciting when things come as a surprise!! So, no point in knowing the future, lol.

I would look at it but I don't 100% believe it. I would go online and check my horoscope or zodiac forecasts before I go gamble :-p just to give myself an idea what my horoscope will be like for the day hehe.

I read a lot of the general personality traits of Astrology and really enjoy that aspect of seeing if it matches my life. I also read a lot of the Chinese Zodiac and I am fascinated by that information. Again, it is to just to see if the character traits they describe fit me or not. I do read the daily horoscopes just to see what they say but I feel that it is too general for me to say that it is accurate. I do think it is extremely interesting to read about though.

I don't believe in horoscope, but I enjoy reading it :D
I just read it for fun.. I don't believe in such things :)
