Hi Swadey, If I wake up at 12 I never eat breakfast because 12 is when I eat lunch, and as long as I am eating something I think my body will be happy since breakfast is important as it helps with the metabolism. If I wake up around 1030 I have greater problems. I used to not eat breakfast after 9, but that started to really annoy me and so I allowed myself to eat breakfast up until 11, though if I ate it that late I had to have lunch at 1300 instead, so the breakfast has time to be rocessed by my body. I can't delay lunch by more than an hour though, unless I change what I eat, so if the timings start to overlap something has to go, and it is usually breakfast or I feel hard done to for the rest of the day lol I have funny rules sometimes ! All the best, Dranz

hi swadey oh yes we do not even get to think of skipping breakfast here as I am in a retirement center.we are woke at six am. whoee, and we get fed breakfast at a little after seven. so I always go down, and this is so hard for me as i am not a morning person and at home I used to get up at nine and have my breakfast, one my lunch and 7my dinner, here its mostly for the convenience of the staff breakfast at seven, lunch at eleven and dinner at 4;30 wow hard to get used to but you do adjust.

I can't eat breakfast anymore. I try to eat in the mornings, but for some reason I just can't. The closest I come to eating breakfast is if I eat left overs from the day before that morning. The mornings where I have time to eat breakfast, I don't feel like eating. But the mornings I don't have time, I'm hungry. I guess I need to force myself to eat in the mornings.

yes, everyday.. i love eating breakfast with Lots of fiber. It will fill you up and you won't really gain from it. Fruits and oatmeal for breakfast is the right way to go. Just lay off the sugar. No more soda or sugar drinks and definitely no fast food breakfast. Drop the eggs, ham, and bacon and bread, you don't need those.

I don't think I would have that problem no matter how late I go to bed, I can't sleep past 9am. even if I go to bed at 3 or 4am I am awake at 9am, so I always eat breakfast. Some mornings it may only be a couple of pieces of toast but I always try to eat something

Of course I love eating my breakfast everyday it is the most important meal of the day for me. Because it gives me the needed amount of energy in order fro me to focus on my day to day activities such as studying analyzing or anything which uses mind processing. I don't think it is a good habit to skip breakfast I've tried that one but it makes me feel so weak.

Most of the time, there is no chance for me to eat breakfast. Either, I wake up very late in the afternoon, or wake up early. I know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day as this where we would get most of the energy being used. However, I really find it hard to make sure that eating breakfast is achieved. So instead of eating breakfast, brunch is what most of the times that I eat. I think this has become my bad habit and I have been trying to break this for years already, but still nothing happens.

When you wake up late in the morning and you eat your first meal of the day, say ten or eleven in the morning, you call that "brunch" already. It is not a breakfast anymore, more so it is not a lunch yet. It is what we call "brunch". I usually don't eat breakfast anymore because of my hectic schedule. I try to eat breakfast because it is supposed to be the most healthful meal of the day. I don't miss eating lunch. Snacks are essentials. A little bite when your stomach needs it is also healthy. I eat dinner, usually at seven or eight.

I've been skipping my breakfast for quiet a while, just feel there is nothing to eat at home. Unlike the western culture, cereal kinda stuff is not popular here, we have completely different diet. We either eat the leftover from last night, or we cook for the new breakfast, well, at least that's how i do it. It's easy when you have leftover from last night, just warm it up. It's sush a pain that you have to wake up every morning at 6am, sometime 5am even, to cook the breakfast for just two people, so I just simply skip it in the regular days, just for fun to do it in some occasions.

If I get up late I grap a snack and then when noon comes along I eat lunch not breakfast. Then I eat dinner between 5:30 and 6:30pm it depends how hungry I am as to the time I eat.

It's very important to have breakfast and I don't want to skip my breakfast at any cost.I usually have cornflakes or oats which keeps me active for three to four hours. When we skip breakfasts it may sometimes leads to acidity and to avoid all these problems breakfast provides a vital factor. Many health reports suggest that when we suddenly change our eating pattern it may leads to some complications.Depending on our day's schedule we can plan and have our breakfast.

Yeah your right it depends on a person. Somebody told that if you escape breakfast it will help in your diet to make slimmer. But for me it is erronous it can only caused harm on your health. It is not a fact.

I still eat breakfast, but the only breakfast i've been having later this year was the Fiber One pop tarts. But earlier this week i've been doing my own grocery shopping and got own bacon. I'm still a beginner when it comes to cooking, and the only thing I can cook is hot dogs sliced in half as a bacon alternative, and scrambled eggs with cheese.

I usually don't have time to eat breakfast, if I do, then I make sure it's a good one. I've not ate breakfast on a regular basis since I was very young and running out the door for the school bus, I just have always had something else to do in the mornings that seem more important to do and now it's to the point where I'm really not hungry in the mornings.

I don't eat breakfast. I only eat lunch and dinner. I know breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I work send shift so I usually end up sleeping right through breakfast time. I just don't have time to eating breakfast because I a usually sleeping. When you work second shift breakfast is hard make time for.

I never wake up late, well, once in a while I sleep as late as 8am but that doesn't happen very often. Work mornings, I'm up at 6:25 and I usually get up by 7:30 on the weekends. I hardly ever eat breakfast during the week though. It just doesn't fit in with my work schedule and I just can't eat when I first get up in the morning. Once I get to work, I have a cup of coffee and then I'm usually tied up until after 10:30 so I don't eat then because I have lunch at 11:30. I know... Horrible eating habits, right? Maybe when I change jobs, I'll get back to eating breakfast again every day.
