Hi,friends~~would you like to say something about your short messages? When I recieve the funny messages from my friends or my parents ,I want to preserve them and read again and again .But my phone doesn't has so much room for all those messages. To deal with the problem ,I've copied the messages from screen to papers for a month . Hoe did you deal with your short messages?

I always love short messages. But some messages are simply uselsess that includes marketing, credit cards etc.I do preserve some good proverbs that i get in sms and pass them across to friends.I always saved all messages that wished me for various occasions.

i had saved them for a while. i find them amusing and i smile during my free time as i read them back. if i find them worth forwarding and sharing to friends and relatives, i forward them immediately, then save them for a while. if i run out of space, the older messages go first, including the funny messages which i finally got bored with, lol.

It's my habit to check my message inbox once or twice a week. I usually delete those useless messages and move those useful ones to message outbox or computer. In my view, message inbox is a place which is only used to store those instant messages. An inbox which is full of messages would negatively affect my use of cell phone.

I appreciate short messages if it make sense rather than a long message who are just making fun and sometimes waste of time to read the message. I always send short message if the I can answer the question in a short message.

I have unlimited storage space for messages (iPhone 3GS 32GB) and I don't save them at all. I delete messages every now and then because I like it to be "clean" and in order. I don't receive funny messages and because of it I don't save them. Happy mylotting and take care.

Hi, Franzisika! I did that before, copying all the funny messages. Some of them are still kept well inside my notebook. I also did save the special messages from my hubby, family and friends. I have not deleted a few of them yet. There is something to remember and that's why I prefer traditional letters or messages or cards where we can keep and hold them forever and never got deleted.

Hi Franz, Right now I don't have any problem with storing short messages on my phone. Same with you I also like reading funny messages or even sweet messages on my phone. I think you're phone has low memory storage, it is best to find a compatible external memory for your phone. Here in the Philippines, there are SIMS that lets you store more files for sms but if you don't have that option...i think writing it down or copying it to papers are still cool. (like what you are doing) Imagine you may have a collection of quotes and short messages all compiled in a nice notebook. Thats really nice.. Happy Mylotting! )
