Have you ever gotten a $10 click on Google Adsense?

I read the forum in Hubpages, and came across a post about the highest clicks on the Google Adsense account. Someone was saying that his record click on Google Adsense was $13.80. However, that was the one and only click from an article with targetted keyword. The traffic to that article was almost non-existent. Another person ever had a $8 click on Google Adsense. Most of my clicks are below $1. I even have 1 cent clicks. Even now when I learnt to write with higher paying keywords, I still make less than $1 per click. Anyone can share success experience with Google Adsense? I think if the average is $5, it's possible to reach payout every month.
