mylotters do you or don't you like those little blue lines'
that pop out messages in front of you when you are trying
to respond to some discussion. I hate them with a vengenance
and they make my eyes tired. What is your feelings on these
pesky little ads thingies.

I haven't had any problem with them. While I'm responding, I don't even see any, as they don't appear until after I've posted. When I'm reading discussions I can pretty much ignore them, unless I accidentally hit them with my curser. I've gotten good at avoidance maneuvers...lol.

Yeah they're annoying. Can you download Firefox and the noscript add on? You won't see them any more if you do. Warning though, noscript takes a lot of set up work, you have to 'enable scripts' for every site that you go to basically.

I don't like them either, but I am sure it makes it so they can keep paying us. I guess we will just have to live with it for a while anyways.

hi thoroughrob yep me either but of course we can
learn to live with them though I do doubt that
'with all the big name sponsors that mylot has'
they are going to go broke if they did not have'
them. I know I could not make them change as my
responder accused me of trying to do . heavens'
she was even snippy about it.

Hi Hatley,
I really don't understand why on earth they have to be there anyway, they are a nuisance and it would just be nice that they were removed, but guess that won't happen so will have to grin and bear it I hate them too...LoLo

hi little owl yep we will have to grin and
bear it because we do not have any zappers
to use that would do away with them.

I'm so agree with you Hatley!! They are a pain in the a$$ in the worst of ways!! I mean, to run our cursor over them danged things and it pops up a box on that particular word is nerve racking!! Mylot used to be so much fun to come to and talk about this and that and now with all the changes, it's not as fun as it used to be. I still come back because of all my wonderful friends that are on here including YOU!!

have to suck sometimes and live with it.of course he really does
not do that much, something irritates him he will usually say something about it.

I don't let the blue lines bother me. I think they did at first, but now that I am used to them, I don't even pay attention to them. It is my favorite color so it is pleasant to the eyes. Better than red or black, that is for sure. The longer I am on here, things like that become so trivial anyway. I am here to have fun, and that is what I am doing. Take care, and happy myloting.

There are nearly 2 lacs members on mylot. Even if half of them are active at any given moment then it comes to nearly one lac. Even if mylot pays 1 cent to each member then it will come to 1,00,000 cents which will be $1000 every day.
To keep their nose above water they will have to look for other sources of income. Under the circumstances this is the best option they have. So finally it is for the benefit of all of us.
To survive let us all hold each others hands with a smile. Hope you will understand and take this uneasiness in your stride smilingly.

are indeed small stuff. So yes I will be okay and
come out smiling again.
