Hello... I am a little fat person. Many of my friends made fun on my about my appearance. Even my own sister made comment on me many times. I consult the doctor to reduce my weight. He advised me to go for swimming but i don't have any basic idea about swimming. Could u tell me about ways to reduce weight and how to swim? All comments are welcomed.........
