What place you want to build your home?

with floods and storms now happening, that should be considered in building a new house. if in the city, things like location (whether it is a low place susceptible of floods or not), security level (whether criminality is high or not), health hazards, neighborhood, fire hazards, etc. a lot of things should be taken into account but as the population is growing, it is now really difficult to get all requisites/conditions that we want. it should be very nice living closer to nature where air is fresh, there is lot of vegetation and water. but the distance to the city may also be a thing to think about. what, in case of emergencies? the good hospitals are in the city. i like to live on top of the mountain with a very good view of the ocean. problem is ... what about storm and going down the slope,

Personally speaking, I also want to live in a quiet place where I could enjoy the natural sceneries. I'm sure that living a slow-pace life and enjoying fresh air and water is good to the health of people. But in reality it's not that good. In order to live comfortably we need to earn enough money, if we live in the quiet rural area, it will quite inconvenient for us to go to work. Another problem is that the public services in the rural areas are not that perfect. So in my view, the life in a beautiful rural area is only suitable to those rich people, not office staff.

I want my dream house to be build in a farm. I want to have some crops there wherein my everyday food will be coming from there. A life away from the noise of the city. No blowing of cars horns, no much people and no pollution.

i want somewhere quiet like in the province where air is still fresh.. But i would still like to have neighbors.. I think ill do this when im already rich and will get used to leaving the city..
