I am the type of person who loves all types of sports. I love basketball, baseball, football, boxing and mixed martial arts. I love watching football but, I don't like to play it. Basketball is my sports when it comes to playing. I love to play basketball at a high rate level since I always want to do the best on the court and it helps me work on stamina, strength and it takes my mind off the stress I have during the day.

I love baseball, i mean i love your outfit. it's so masculine. I never watch it live and I'm not familiar with the rules but i love watching it. I do love the crowd, cheers, and action when I'm watching it on screen. love it. Now, I'm happy because my 8 year old brother is interested in baseball and he's waiting to be part of the team. I'm so excited.

I like to try any sports. But you can't use all sports as your daily exercise. For example, some sports need special equipments such as hiking or have to be at a special place such as swimming. And some sports need a group to play with such as soccer or football. the easy one for you to do your self as daily exercise is running or walking. Well. to me, when I was a kid, I like soccer a lot. But after the high school, I saw MJ who is the god of the basketball and then I started to play basketball and now it's my favorite.

Well, mentioning sports I don't do that so much. I used to play badminton when I was a kid, but I don't play that anymore. But somehow I think that playing badminton is very interesting. I don't play football and basketball just like all my friends. =) And, I do jogging every single day. =) I hope it can still be considered as 'sport'.

I used to love to play all kinds of sports. Now I stick to soccer and hockey. I do not play near as much as I want to but now that my kids are getting older I will be playing more. I think having kids is exercise in itself.

I love cycling and I have been cycling for many years now. I used to swim once upon a time but it became really expensive to do this. I have a pool local to me but I don't bother going there now. I love my bike and it gives me great freedom when I am out there cycling away. It's a nice day today for example so I may get on out there on the bike later on. I also have various pieces of exercise equipment in my flat and I tend to exercise on these at least three times per week. I bought them from that shopping channel Best Direct! Anyway, it's important to exercise on a regular basis as it makes you feel so good. I have certainly noticed this. Andrew

Recently rediscovered badminton and ole boy ,was i out of shape,1st game kudnt even last whole game despite playing doubles, and i thought i was in pretty good shape coz i scuba dive regularly, heck almost everyday at one point since teaching diving is my livelihood, but with badminton u just use all d different muscles which had been in cold storage all this while, kud hardly walk next day,was that sore, but now glad that phase is over, weekly sessions does help,at least can last a whole game without straining too much.If riding a superbike fast on highway considered a sport then i list it down! Love the feel n thrill of speed n also goin remote places just coz never been there!

Well, right now I am pregnant (almost due), so I am just doing light floor exercises. Otherwise, my exercise regiment stems from yoga, dance, and figure skating. I love figure skating because it doesn't feel like "exercise" . . . we're trying to be graceful and athletic at the same time. Right now I won't step on the ice because of obvious reasons, but they know I'll be back!

Mine is basketball. I love playing basketball. I usually play almost everyday. It's good cause I stay in shape and healthy both mentally and physically. But just yesterday I had my tooth extracted and I can't play basketball for at least 2 weeks. I'm missing it already. :(

I love playing tennis and squash. Those games you can play untill you are 60 or older. Tennis really is a elegant sport aswell a great exercise and squash can have looking for breath after a good 30 minutes if you play hard. I also love to play golf when I have a Saturday morning off. Still working on my 17 handicap though, hehe.

I used to play a little bit of baseball, and some basketball. My favorite was football because I was big enough and strong enough to play. It was the only sport that fit me well because my strength would be an huge advantage, and people wouldn't criticize me as much ( I was a big kid). I don't play football anymore because of a car accident, and because I was getting bigger and stronger ( I love growing), and the people I played with weren't comfortable with me out there because I was so big. I was always called little fella because I was smaller, but I outgrew everyone, and broke someone's leg tackling them. Because I had a monster football player body, I couldn't play basketball so well because I wasn't agile, and I broke too many bats playing baseball. People thought I was on steroids or something because of my raw power, but I never took steroids. Now I just lift weights to grow more muscle, and to relieve stress, and since my opponent is made of iron plates, I don't have to worry about hurting them.

My sport is swimming, it is really a complete workout. All of the muscle of your body is working, you don't need to focus on one thing. It is a very good form of exercise unlike other sports that only works on specific body parts. I have been doing swimming my whole life, for fun and for competitive race. I enjoy swimming alot cause i love water any sport that includes water are my type of sports.

i play basketball everyday after work with my friend to practice body. I live in a school,so it's very convinute to play. in my opinion, everybody should have hoobies to practice bodies, no matter what you like to do, just do it everyday.

I'm really really lazy, but I just love swimming. It makes me feel like I'm in some sort of internal space, I don't know. It tastes like freedom, like power and strength, and I feel very relaxed afterwards.

I'm not sure kayaking counts as a "sport", but it is my favorite activity to do as an exercise and as a hobby. I went on a three week kayaking trip in the Outer Banks after only kayaking once before, and I had the most wonderful time. I learned the technique very quickly, and since you are using the major muscles in your body to control your stroke, i.e. the back and abs, it is not too hard to maintain a steady speed and stroke for an extended amount of time. I love to be out in the sun and on the water, and it is just a very relaxing and peaceful hobby to me.
