not quite a bad day

i received a call from a customer. the call lasted for almost 11 minutes. that was my last call of my shift. we only discussed one thing about the payment she set up automatically on her credit account. i just remained patient. i dont know if she was just dumb or she just doesnt like to understand. good luck to the next one who will take her call..
