Where can you get the cheapest cabinets for your kitchen? we're renovating ours.

Hello everyone, my husband and I have decided to renovate our 10 x 10 kitchen. We have a lot of stuff, and the existing cabinets is not enough for storage and for our little kitchen we have a lot of unused spaces, and we want to use it as well. I have seen some catalogs but they cost so outrageously high! We also went to Lowe's and Home Depot and their quotes ranges from $8,000 to 12,000. Yes, way to high for our budget. Is there somewhere we can get something more economical? Please share what do you have, any insights? any help would be appreciated. Thanks
