Who takes care of us?

We as women,mothers,and lovers take care of everyone around us it like our job who takes care of us?

whenever my husband or children need something they look to me. If there is an appoinment they me to remind them or take them,if they can't find something they ask me, When they are hungry they wait for me to feed them am I the only person who's life is like this?

Well,i think we have to take care of ourselves as we are not allowed to be ill and if we are ill we tend to carry on as normal as that is what is expected of us.I tend to carry on when i am ill as well as they carry on making a mess and wanting more from us when we are ill.
