Do you have your own apartment?

I am wondering how many mylotters here have got your own apartment.I dont.I want an apartment of my own but I cant afford one.I live with my parents now.Its not reasonable if I rent a place cuz our home is quite near from my work place. If I could buy an apartment myself, and I would have good reasons to live alone. The sad thing is that its really expensive to buy a even small apartment in the downtown, its a little less expensive in the suburbs. Its still not working considering how much I earn these years. So,I guess I will just wait for a good chance to get an apartment by installment. Also,I look forward to making extra money besides my full-time job. Do you have your own apartment? If not,Do you plan to buy one? Thanks for sharing.

hi sweety, I live in delhi and live with my parents and would keep living with them till i get married , so i dont need an apartment now ..as it is with all the girls they live with parents till they marry. And apartment in Delhi wow th costs are so high these days , a two bed room apartment costs over 1 crore of rs that is over 250,000 american dollars and think of it that minimum daily wages is only 2 $ a day so it is impossible for a single girl to buy an apartment on her own.

But despite this reality, you can buy one. ther are many young ladies in India, who has successfully made some business ventures. Think about them, if they can, you also will be able to do that. Try and you will be able to do that.

I don't have my own apartment now. I'm currently live in the school apartment for teachers. I'm sure everyone wants his/her own apartment for we all have some privacies that we don't want others to share, even our parents. I know many friends who've got married but still can't afford an apartment and have to rent one. Though it is far from perfect, as it is, we have to accept the reality. Anyhow, we're all working hard to meet that aim.

I do not own a apartment nor do i have any plans of buying apartment but yes i do want to own a flat.Buying an apartment is too expensive for me,and even flat, but i think since there are many loan options are available and also to pay in installments i can afford to buy a flat for our family.Hi sweetyethot,i do not know why you want to buy apartment when you say you have financial problems,i think it is better you decide to buy a flat by paying some advance and remaining amount you can pay every month in easy monthly installments.

buying apartments anywhere is the most costliest things to buy in this very era of time. But luckily I have my own apartment given to me by my father and to him by his grand father. Since I am only son of my father, so the whole property of him belongs to me,So i need not to buy or live on rent.

I've got my own place. My partner and I live together. Staying at home really wasn't much of an option anymore as there wasn't a way for me to really get a nice job where I live. I have just graduated and I wanted to find a job because I didn't want to be one of those people that graduates and is poor and living at home because I couldn't find a job. I moved, found a pretty good job and am working. I share the expenses with my partner so it's not like I've got to pay everything myself but I do mostly pay for quite a few things like the net, my car insurance, my half of the rent, my half of electricity and for groceries. We try to share the expenses as evenly as possible.

How I wish to have one. My wife and I have been screening some developers recently (before the typhoon). We found a prosphect developer which has a good offer, but after the typhoon we're thinking twice and checking if the place they're developing is worth living in and not a waste of money and efforts.

hi sweetyethot^^;; mine is actually an irony. I have a house given by my parents where we all used to live until my parents moved to a warmer place and bought another house because of my mother's health condition . I had to live alone in that house for sometime but got tired traveling 45minutes everyday to workplace to the city so i just decided to rent an apartment and settle in the city on my own. i work at home now and doesn't need to travel everyday but i'm not going back to live in my house again. nobody lives to that house now and we are thinking to having it rented but afraid that the tenants will not take care well of it...finally, we put it in the market for sale but haven't been bought until now
