As you can see from my username, I don't like veggies. They taste baaaad and kills my appetite. I was not eating a healthy diet since I can't remember when. On the other hand, I looove meat and dairy products. I'm not very fond of fruits but I eat them anyway. What about you? Do you like vegetables? If yes, please, tell me why. Was it just because of the vitamins etc. for your body, or you actually like the taste of it? If no, let's be friends! LOL!

I eat a lot of different vegetables, and i eat them because i like the way that they taste. i also like fruits for the same reason. I also like meat and dairy. Their are things in all the different groups that i do not like, so i do not eat them, i do not cut out the whole group because i do not like one thing from it.

I never used to eat vegetables either until I started to get sick. Once I started to eat vegetables I started to feel great again. You really should try to make them part of your diet even if you don't like them. Many vegetables contain essential vitamins and minerals you cant get from other food.

You are just hooked on the quick junk food fix. If you would just eat the veggies, and get off the junk food, you will discover something. The veggies taste bad at first but after 6 months to a year, they are pretty good. You will also discover that you feel better and are healthier. The older you get, the more important this will be. Age will force you into eating better. Why not start now??
