Ever you eat foods before go to sleep?

In rumour eat some foods before go to sleep is bad for our health since it can make fats in our body. I'm often eates a piece of pizza before go to sleep. What about you guys? Is this rumour true?

yah its true.....the said midnight snack sometimes i do eat especially if i feel hungry the time that i still awake coz doing some important works then after that its best to drink lots of water at least it helps washout bad toxin and fats inside your body....

Drinking loads of water helps for proper digestion but can it remove fat from your body?

I also do this from time to time and gain nothing as they say you will. Yes for most it is not advised to eat after 6:00 PM. You must be burning enough during the day to compensate for the late night snacks

As for digestive health ,I can't imagine, its good to be eating late alot.

wow, that'd be worse. Any fatty food before bedtime or nap store up in the body fat. Instead of fatty foods, I eat a pickle or a low-calorie sugar-free popisle. It does me wonderful job. So, I will know that I will be alright in the morning when weighing in, keep my weigh in check every other day. I am happy with it.

I don't believe it to be true. People in general are less active after 8pm. I have always worked night shift so I had to eat late. I have found that if I eat before going to bed I wake up hungry, stomach growling and all. So I don't eat before going to bed as a rule.

In addition, eating before bed will cause someone trouble sleeping. if forced to eat the night, then you should at dinner, calories consumed no more than 500 or 600 calories and at least three hours before bedtime and avoid vegetables like broccoli, and beans because it will make up the stomach acid, so that sleep becomes soundly.

I do not know but I do this frequently. I have gained some weight the last couple of years. I think it is true because the food is not getting worked back off, it just sits there so it makes sense this is a weight gainer.

Hello icecubic. I strongly believe that it is a rumour. If you don't eat in night before you sleep then u cannot sleep that night properly. during sleep our brain works double and it needs double energy as every body knows it . If we don't eat in night then from where extra energy is obtained. But eating alot not only before sleeping but at any time it is like a slow poison to our body. Eat little Be healthy...

i am not use to eat food before going to sleep, if i done eating dinner then i will not eat anymore after it. i am just ruling my self not to eat to much since its not good for our health, and also eating more during night time will not necesarry since digestion at night time is very difficult i think since you are ready to go to bed on that time, and digestions is not working i think if you are in bed
