Dear MyLotters, I like to eat an egg and it is no problem for me to eat egg everyday for my meal. I like to cook egg in different ways : steam,omellete,hard-boiled,fried.All those are my favourite to present an egg for my meal. Eggs are probably the most nutritious food that easily available at all supermarket around the world.They are delicious and packed with a wealth of essential components required by our body. Due to high vitamin D content,eating eggs give rise to strong and healthy bones.Eggs are also high in vitamin E,high quality protein and amino acids. I definitely will eat both egg white and egg yolk too.Apart from normal chicken egg, I also like to eat salted egg and century egg,they served best with plain porridge.
