What are the major disadvantages of having computers?

i think one major disadvantage of having computers that I see is being unproductive with your time specially if your not earning with the activities you're having with your pc, well it's good if you're mylotting , but if your just passing time like playing games, youtubing, chatting etc too much,I said too much, it's really just a waste of time, It's just a matter of time management I guess beside another disadvantage I see is consuming too much electricty specially if your pc is turned on 24/7.

You said it all right. I like the terms as time management and when it comes to electricity. I mean, in my case, we're spending too much on pc/laptop usage that our bill actually boomed twice.

I don't really think there is such a disadvantage of having a computer. The things you mentioned can actually be avoided if you know how to handle each problem correctly.

I agree. As for me, everything that is too much is bad. We just need to put everything in its proper place, right? Proper usage of technology, that is.

The biggest disadvantage is spending too much time on the computer when you can do something productive. This can be for just about anything that you waste your time on but for me, I am constantly getting online instead of doing my work. Viruses aren't too big of a problem because I am aware of a lot of different ways I can get viruses. So, they're not a problem for me :)
