Do you really care what you eat, what you drink, try don t smoke, try to have worm clothes in cold weather?
Or you are a person who risk and don t care what will be with your heath?
Your wife tell you to take your medicine, but you "forgot" to take it?
Your husband say to you to be careful don t got flue...but you risk and don t take umbrella with you?
Your doctor say to you that you must don t make any efforts, but you forgot all when you go home?
How much you really care to stay healthy..and listen others advices?
Or just try to make all how you like and all time say..."come on, all be ok, just one cigarett and i will stop smoking...?"

I want to stay healthy and protect myself from anything that will make me sick and incapable of doing activities because my health condition will not allow me to. So I make it a point to be conscious with my diet, do some exercise, follow doctor's advise, comply with medications and develop a positive attitude and outlook in life. I want to live longer and be with my family. I need extra energy and time to take good care of my kids...my husband--my family. Stay healthy!

Ms. Ice forgetfulness is a sign of stress. Please take extra care of yourself and find any activity/ies to debrief and release your stress. Goodluck!
