Would you consider leaving MyLot if you had to pay?

If one day, MyLot would become a membership site, with a "one-off" fee. Would you consider paying? -If yes, what would be the maximum amount? Would you expect even more from mylot? What would that be? - If no, would you consider joining an alternative to mylot or even make your own mylot?

It depends on the various factors..the fee, then the income opportunity etc., If it is single time membership fee and if it is around $25.00, I will continue with the site. If we have to pay any yearly fee or if the one time fee is more than $25.00, then I will not be here. If the paid members are about to earn more, most of the members will like to continue here as we can earn our fee within one or two months in mylot. Just few minutes back, I responded to a discussion about mylot and the earning where I stated that mylot is the first income source. Now you are making me to think against that one...Nice discussion

hi diamania no, not at all. I love mylot for many reasons, and not having to pay, is among all of them.all the pay things I have found to be pretty much scams, and that is not for me.I do not think Mylot is ever going down that road so am not bothering my mind with alternatives or making my own or any other nonsense.

i think i will... but again it really depends on how much i have to pay and what extra features the admin provide for the members... when i spend my hard-earned money on something, i expect to get something back in return... in other words, i want the money that i spend to really worth it... otherwise, i will leave the site for sure... take care and have a nice day...

If mylot decided to charge I'd cancel my membership and not bat an eye. I found this site by accident and don't log on as much as I thought I would... so I wouldn't really be in the market for an alternative either. Its just something to basically kill time at work.

I would definitely leave mylot if it charged me or if it made me pay. Don't get me wrong. I like posting in mylot because of two reasons. It is fun. More importantly, it also enables me to earn some money. Why would I want to join a website that adds up to my long list of expenses? Let's face it, most of mylotters likes to stay here because everyone earns money here even if it is just a few bucks. But I would have to say that mylot is the best of all money-making sites out there on the Internet.

If I had to pay, I probably would leave, unless by paying something I'd make more money for posting articles and replying to others and would end up with a profit. Their aren't many decent sites on the Internet to make good money, usually when you do find one or two there is always a catch to make a few dollars, I hate it.

I probably would not pay a subscription or even a one time fee for any site where I could earn money. There is no point in me PAYING anything to make money lol. I know some people think it's fine but I don't. The one thing I might still do would be ebay, but it's not like a subscription, just a listing fee....

Hi diamania, I'm here for so many reasons, topping the list would be the very interesting, helpful and informative discussions everyone is free to comment on or respond to. But if myLot will start charging me for coming here, I'd rather go find other similar forum sites. MyLot is great but I don't join any site that requires me to pay, so, I'll just go if it happens.

Like mysdianait, I wouldn't even consider joining any paid website that requires me to settle a "fee" before I could join. If that's the case, then it defeats the purpose of the site's existence.

I don't think I would be joining myLot still if I have to pay for its membership. I even did not try to do task for I noticed some tasks needs payment first. So why would I pay if I could have other site that would offer membership for fee. just glad myLot is for free and I am earning here. Not just earning but also learning a lot.
